WEDDING TIP:

At the start of your wedding planning process – or even now if you’re well into it – distribute a contact list to everyone in your bridal party and the parents. Make sure everyone’s e-mail address is on there so that they can all contact each other directly with their questions about the gowns, their deposits, the shower, sharing hotel rooms, etc. This way, they don’t have to funnel all of their messages through you. This takes a ton of work off of your shoulders. Just be sure to send out an e-mail asking each of them which e-mail you can send out…they may have a preference of which home e-mail they would like you to use. Never give out their office e-mail addresses. Ask them which e-mail they check most often, so it’s an efficient tool for them.
