Sleepless Nights Package – Complete Wedding Services    

"I want my wedding to be as perfect as possible!  I know that hiring a professional Wedding Planner is the best way to achieve this.  With work and family, I just don't have the time it takes to put into planning a wedding that will reflect my vision.  I'm going to trust my Wedding Planner to build the bridge between "will you marry me" and "happily ever after."

The Bridal consultant works closely with the bride/groom to plan a weekend full of festivities. Beginning with a welcome reception to a casual rehearsal dinner leading to the elegant wedding and perhaps concluding the morning after with a brunch, this client is interested in providing a full weekend of activities for her guests.

Consultation Services

  • 1 – hour Pre-wedding consultation to begin development of wedding details and discuss aspects of the wedding day logistics
  • 10—two-hour planning consultation sessions
  • 1 – two hour final consultation to review contracts and finalize timing for the wedding day events

  • Marriage license details

Wedding Planning & Organization

  • On-going etiquette advice & general wedding guidance
  • 12 Month planning calendar
  • Venue Selection: Research and visit up to 8 sites with client
  • Family and/or bridal party liaison and mediator
  • Provide bridal party responsibility instructions
  • Regular progress updates and email reminders
  • Coordinate specialty rentals
  • Coordinate and contract of transportation for you, your bridal party and your guest
  • Assist with menu selection
  • Assist with floor plan design
  • Registry assistance
  • Ceremony and reception seating management
  • Name change assistance
  • Personal shopping services
  • Maps & directions for bridal party, vendors and out of town guests
  • Wedding day checklist for bride and groom

  • Unlimited email and telephone consultations. I am available to you for the smallest questions and concerns
  • 2 hours Ceremony rehearsal coordination and direction of wedding rehearsal to organize your wedding party and make sure that everyone knows their role

Wedding Invitation/Stationary

  • Assistance with creation, wording and printing of wedding stationary including invitations, programs, menus, etc.
  • Assemble and mail invitations

Guest Accommodations

• RSVP tracking

Vendor Arrangement

  • Review all vendor and service provider contracts to confirm all services agreed upon and time of delivery and/or setup
  • Receive deliveries (if requested)
  • Provide the photographer with a "must take" list
  • Vendor payment verification

Wedding Day/Ceremony/Reception

  • ALL DAY ON WEDDING DAY!!
  • Use of Bridal emergency kit
  • Wedding morning wake-up call for Bride and Groom
  • Help late arriving guests to be seated in a quiet manner
  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
  • Assist bride, groom, and wedding party
  • Ensure "to-go" meal is prepared for newlyweds if requested
  • Set-up and Collection of all special wedding-related items and removal of gifts after reception
  • Decorate honeymoon suite (evening of wedding, if locally)
  • Return of tuxedos, floral, cake, linen and specialty rentals after the wedding

Day After

  • Coordinate “Day After” parties and Activities
  • Assistance in choices and selection of Honeymoon trip

Consultation Services

  • 1 – hour Complimentary Pre-wedding consultation to review details and discuss all aspects of the wedding day logistics
  • 4 – 1 hour consulting sessions - we will start working closely with you six (6) weeks prior to your event to finalize the details

Pre-Event Planning

  • Joint initial and final appointment is scheduled at the ceremony/reception sites to do a "walk-through" of the big day the consultant takes this timeline and makes sure it is executed onsite
  • Create and execute a customized up-to-the-minute wedding timeline for you and your service providers.  A condensed version will also be distributed to your wedding party
  • Wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony checklist and detailed agenda for bride and groom so that you don't forget those important little essentials
  • Wedding day checklist and detailed agenda for the essential wedding participants, vendors and service providers
  • Unlimited email access to consultant
  • Etiquette advice & general wedding guidance

  • Four to six weeks before your wedding, we will begin contacting the vendors and service providers that you have selected to confirm all pre-existing arrangements and finalize details

We will design fabulous gift baskets and goodie bags for parents, grandparents, special guest, wedding party and/or all out-of-town guests.  And while you're at it, don't forget to order a basket for your fiancé!  Each basket and goodie bag is custom made to your specifications.
